■ 概要
艺感一体成型电感(PU)系列产品是一种以预压粉块与线圈组合后搭配热压工艺生产的一体成型功率电感器。该系列尺寸覆盖 4mm-6mm ,尺寸全面且感量丰富。组合热压工艺较常规电感具有大电流、低 DCR、更好的直流偏置特性和更高的可靠性。 同时,使用闭合磁路设计有效减少漏磁通 ,为客户提供良好的 EMI 性能。
■背景
热压电感的开发背景 ,是在热压一体成型电感基础上 ,通过T+U组合的方式直接进行热压 ,使产品密度分布更均匀 ,材料的特性更充分的发挥作用。
艺感推出的PU系列产品 ,有效的解决了材料利用率低 ,耐电流能力不足的问题 , 同时降低产品的尺寸 ,使应用端可以在有现的空间内布置更多的相数 ,达到更快的响应速度 ,更低的损耗。
