    Senior Product Development Engineer (Inductor)
    Relevant Experience: 5 years or more
    Education: Full-time bachelor’s degree or above

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of inductor products, including but not limited to wound inductors, integrated molded inductors, and copper-iron co-fired inductors, among others.
2.  Lead and successfully overcome technical challenges in the R&D of innovative, high-complexity inductor products.
3. Establish and improve a standardized system and platform for inductor design, simulation, testing, and reliability assessment to enhance overall R&D efficiency.
4. Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers, review design proposals, and enhance the team’s overall technical expertise.
5. Lead the patent layout for core technologies, draft high-value patents, and build technological barriers.

    Sales Engineer / Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect various types of information and materials, achieve the sales targets set by the department, implement the monthly business plan, and actively reach out to customers.
2. Regularly prepare and submit reports on real-time information such as market sales activities and market trends to senior management.
3. Develop new customers in the markets you are responsible for according to the business plan.
4. In the process of securing new projects and orders, properly plan for project acquisition and identify risks associated with both projects and orders.
5. Deliver internal production plans and track related processes according to contract (order) requirements. 6. Collaborate with the sales assistant to follow up on payments for projects confirmed by customers, handle outbound delivery and handover procedures, and perform relevant supervision and management tasks.
7. It is necessary to promptly collect and analyze the status of business completion and proactively set next month’s business objectives.

    MES System Engineer
    Relevant Experience: 3 years or more

Job Responsibilities:
1. Go deep into the production site, investigate and analyze the data interfaces and communication protocols of various equipment such as CNC, PLC, sensors, instruments and barcode scanners.
2. Design and implement cost-effective, high-efficiency, and stable data acquisition technical solutions for equipment automation retrofits, including hardware selection, communication protocols such as RS232/485, Ethernet, and OPC UA.  
3. Develop and configure data collection interfaces between MES systems and production equipment by adopting high-level programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or dedicated acquisition software including KEPServerEX and IoT Gateway; troubleshoot equipment communication anomalies.
4. Commission data access for PLC, HMI and sensors, and verify data accuracy and real-time performance.
5. Maintain the equipment networking architecture, including industrial switches and gateways.
6. Compile equipment data acquisition point lists, data dictionaries, interface specification documents and troubleshooting manuals; support the access of new equipment to the MES system, process and parse raw data returned from devices such as binary and hexadecimal data, and assist development engineers in implementing data parsing logic.
7. Monitor workshop data acquisition status, and rapidly respond to and resolve disconnection and packet loss issues.

    SQE Engineer
    Relevant Experience: 3 years or more

Job Description:
1. The incoming material inspection is responsible for conducting inspection management, establishing inspection standards, and reviewing quality records for incoming material inspections.
2.  Exception Management is responsible for handling quality exceptions related to incoming materials (semi-finished products/outsourced items), assisting in the resolution of production abnormalities caused by raw materials, and tracking suppliers’ improvement efforts.
3. Conduct regular on-site audits and provide guidance to suppliers, and supervise the implementation of supplier quality management.

5.Supplier Management is responsible for the annual planning of supplier quality management, annual reviews and assessments, and supplier risk assessment management.
